One idea off the list. Built with AI. Tested in my own business before it ever reaches your inbox.
Some builds take work off my plate. Others let me do things I never had the time or tools to pull off before. I'll show you what I made, how it works, and what happened when I tested it. Including the things that didn't go quite as planned. 👀
Every week, I'll send you something you can use in your own business. Maybe it's a prompt I've been playing with or a process you can borrow. The kind of thing you can try without making it your entire afternoon.
Is there something behind the scenes that's driving you nuts? Maybe you're tired of doing the same task over and over. Or you've got an idea for something really cool but no clue how to make it happen.
Tell me about it! Every week, I'll pick at least one request to build for free and help the selected owner get it running.
Not every request will be chosen, but I read them all.
Fractional COO
I'm a mom of two, a business owner, and a major ops nerd.
I've been the operations brain behind businesses since 2017. I've built and managed my own team of more than 20, and I've worked behind the scenes helping other businesses run, too.
The first time I stepped into another business's back office, almost everything was being done by hand. No templates, hardly any processes. Everything went through the owner.
It's just not a way to live.
Now I get to play with AI? I've got a pretty long list of things I want to try. So I'm giving myself 100 days to build them, test them, and share everything I find out with you.
Some of this happens at my desk while some of it happens between long drives and soccer practice. Either way, you're getting a front-row seat.
